Yay! I'm sorry for not reading this sooner, but I must say you did an awesome job! The part with Bakura using Ryou as a shield and the use of Shadow Magic was so believable. I hope Ryou gets to enjoy his freedom for the short while.

This is a wonderful ending! I absolutely love the last scene with Ryou. It is very well written. I liked this story a lot Great job!

I like this. I appreciate that there is plot to this outside of the abuse. Too many stories are just plain abuse-fics, lacking true quality. You portray Bakura's manipulative and sadistic nature well. I also like how Ryou is not a complete whimp. He has will and inner struggles. Original third chapter. I haven't read anything like that before. The conversation was a little choppy, but all around, the chapter was well written. I look forward to the concluding installment.

Nice. I really want to see what the last chapter holds. The first three were really good. They're clear and detailed at the same time, which is often lost in action scenes...

And, I'm very happy to not be running into yaoi. I never understand why so many fanfictions with an abusive Yami Bakura have tendershipping... Anyway, I think the relationships the characters have in this are very believable.
