I really liked this. They were perfectly in character, and it's definitely not like anything I've seen before. The raising percentages at the end, with the more heated glances and such, were absolutely priceless!

This story is very smart - I love it how you build the dialogue as a game (just like chess, where L always knows the next ten moves of his opponent). And yes, probably L was planning it all from the start (I don't want to know when his basic human needs were fullfilled the last time...).

Nope, definitely not "done to death" (in what fanfics I've read anyway), but 100% entertaining. It also had that true too-smart-in-certain-situations feeling for L that I loved in the series, so kudos! Thank you for a wonderful one-shot to enjoy before going home after class. Ja ne!

Brilliant. And so in character. Also, quite hot. I like that you've taken up writing Death Note. If you picked up Mello/Matt as a pairing, I do believe my life would be complete.

And the only error I caught was the use of Shikigami. I believe it's called Shinigamn. But alas, it is still quite brilliant.
