This fic is so sad, yet it's so beautiful, especially the ending. I loved how the same story is so different in the eyes of all the characters. It makes it seem more, colorful (for lack of a better word) and alive.

That was the saddest, sincerest, most heartfelt story I've every read in my life! After reading the first four chapters, I had to take a break. I just couldn't take it all in one sitting!
Here are a few things I liked: 1) I like how Chris has a moment of silence before each season. 2) I like that Harold forgave Courtney all those years after. 3)Ezekiel's ending and how killing off "Beatbox" is still a tribute to Harold. 4)THE ENTIRE THING!
I have to confess that I never really cared for the HaroldxLeshawna couple, but this has completely changed my range of viewing! I just hope every girl is lucky enough to have a man like Harold in their life.
You're story totally rocks!

In all seriousness I'm a tough person, barely anything makes me cry, but this...this went way over. All the campers perfectly in character, the dismal plot perfect and in 5 different ways, and the terribly sad ending...Oh god...

I usually just bookmark stories because they're not finished and I want to read them later, but I'm bookmarking this as a great story that I'd be happy to read again, hopefully with a supply of tissues on hand next time.

As that girl who's name escapes me mentioned, ALTERNATIVE VERSION PLEASE. I'm at a loss for words currently, or this review would cover half the page...keep up the great work.

This chapter seriously made me cry. I couldn't imagine a more perfect ending. I love the las line:

After all, about seventy years without her was nothing compared to an eternity with her.

That part is going to be in my head for a while.

That was a great fic, although I'm glad it's over; it was pretty painful too read about Harold being killed five times in a row.

At least it had a happy ending, in a Titanic (the movie) sort of way. And you can always count on Izzy to lighten things up!

If you do an epilogue added after this I would think it would be the end game meet up with Harold again for each of the 22 campers, Chef and Chris as they were at the start of the show and a recap of their lives.

Call it bizarre but I think one of the campers either Lindsay, Izzy or Noah would have gone into the medical field or something like that to hopefully prevent this from happening ever again.

Yes Please! Alternative fic! Well when my uncle had heart surgery he was in a wheelchair for a long time. It was like six months ago and he was using two walking canes, but he couldn't be on them for long.

Perhaps have Chris conducting the fourth season of TDI and have Harold in wheelchair or something show up unexpectedly. Not only would it add to the drama factor, but Chris CRYING on live t.v. would be amusing and I think it would be fitting. Harold would want his happiest moments to be at the place where he met LaShawna.

But yes ALTERNATIVE version!

I'm guessing it would be Heather and either Sadie or Bridgette or Eva and Izzy. Probably way off though.

And again yes at least start that idea you had and worry about the ending later. Course I'm a bad example I still have an ongoing story from 05 and it's still going on. *sweatdrops*

I'm very happy that you mentioned that Zeke was actually far smarter then most people thought...once again another fact that seems to be shoved under the rug by far too many people.

Seeing a nicer side to Chris proves that even the sadist has a heart as well though it's buried deep. His thoughts about Harold are right on and are just one of the reasons why I also like Harold. :) And the tribute very nice touch I'm sure it greatly pleased the old campers. :)

And once again ALTERNATIVE version where Harold LIVES...maybe other points of view from Campers like Gwen, Izzy and DJ and...

I very much would like to see that. :)

This is one of my favoriate Ezekiel centric stories. I think what people seem to forget is he did change a little bit. I love the bits about him becoming a comic book artist. Once again great story although it's ending did ruin my day...
