I love this story! Using Robin of Loxley to replace Herne is so logical. Who else could take his place. And of course Robert had never seen Robin. With none of the band ever likely to see the new Herne will ever even realize that their old leader was watching over them even after death.

This was very well done - it had all the qualities of the series

Oh, wow! I'm stunned nearly speechless. Now that was one unique, clever and interesting twist!! More, please, more. Oh yes, I'm now begging for a adventure with this set up. Or at least a one chapter sequel. Anything! In other words my major - and only - complaint with this story is that it is simply too short! :) Otherwise I just love it.

Lovely writing and a moving concept - how I wish Robin had returned.
