Anyway, nice job, well-written, no obvious mistakes/problems. :)

(*sniff) I loved it!! I was a lil confused when I heard the lil girl calling her brother 'Akira' cuz I thought it was Kaien and Yuuki in this one...and then "Kiryuu-san" and WHOA.
Yeah I'm a bit of a ZeKi fan too but KanaYuuki is still god lol ^^...
This story makes a lotta sense, and I gotta admit, its a relief readin somethin as well written as this one...aww man I hope VK ends up something along these lines =D...

I got a bit confused throughout your story, however...LOL I thought that the 'ex-hunter' and the little girl were Zero and a future generation child of one of our VK pairings.

But then I thought that the 'ex-hunter' was Chairman Cross and the little girl was Yuuki :S I dunno I just got so confused lol.

And aw sorta disappointed that Yuuki ended up with Kaname (Yep proud Zeki supporter! XD) Though I have this slight feeling that in the actual manga Yuuki will end up with Kaname forever, which I so don't want to happen.

Anyway great and awesome short story! Little Misaki is veery cute! XD I love stories about our fave VK characters as children or stories about our fave VK pairings chldren, LOL! kawaii ^-^ Well I'm gonna stop rambling!

Zero was adorable in the protector role! :D And very IC, he would never leave Yuuki's child in danger. :)

I was half expecting her to ask him to stay around while she slept so that she wouldn't be scared. She's probably not asking just because she doesn't wants to impose/is too like Kaname, but he might have to go there or let her sleep in his room if she wakes up scared during the night. X3

actually I don't think that you are mean at all, your Zero seems to have matured well and seemed to have come to terms with his life therefore achieving happiness even if he didn't get the girl(that looking at it realistically was always out of his reach even when she still believed herself to be human)

a bit nostalgic but o.k. so don't feel bad for your Zero :)
