Really, really enjoying this. I love your characterizations of Ed and Winry (and Al! And Pinako! YAY PINAKO, SHE NEEDS TO BE USED MORE IN FANFIC).

Ed just seems to step into his own messes with both feet - and I love how you're showing his mouth runs away before he realizes what he says.
