Given everything the brothers have been through, I'm surprised they're both not permanent residents of Casa Rubber Room. This was a great look at the emotional upheaval tearing Sam apart from the inside out.

I liked how Dean first thought that Sam was 'swinging' to the music BUT then he noticed like right away that there was something wrong with him. Lovely...

Dean's words at the end were perfect, because that is so true between siblings, no matter how many words are spoke in anger.

Thanks hon, you're filling in the gaps the show fails to deliver. Sam seemed so broken at the end of that episode, and this tag fills that void perfectly - plus adds that bit of brotherly comfort that seemed so lacking.
