God, I forgot how much I enjoy Lit fics and how much I adore yours specifically.
I know this one's been up for months but kept forgetting to check on it. I was so used to your angst and drama that I forgot how good you were at writing other stuff. Not that this one shot wasn't either, it just had something different, something very... hopeful.

Your writing, as always, was devastingly wonderful. The interaction was heart-felt and sweet. The story was realistic and painful and beautiful. Connor and Jess together deserve an award. The light banter between Mommy and Daddy was delicious and welcome to my heart.

I'm very glad they got their family.

This story was amazing. I wanted to cry for Rory & Jess at every turn. I was so happy that they adopted and then were blessed with a child of their own. Your stories always have this intense realism to them which is why I enjoy your stories so much.
