So Sweet! I love that movie! I think you captured WALL-E and EVE perfectly.

I gotta agree with MuchaLuchaAndMe on the emotion thing. Sometimes it just felt a tad... distant. And spelling out of everything. But then again my style is very emotional, internal, and vauge, so maybe that's just personal style preference. Maybe it could have slowed down a bit and had some more detail? Great, that's a totally other idea. I dunno, just SOMETHING felt mising here.

But anyways, I loved how totally in character this was. WALL-E was WALL-E. EVE was EVE. You nailed them down perfectly. I also LOLed at the cake bit. I still really enjoyed this fic. :)

I finally had a chance to rent the movie to watch it again out of the theaters, and decided I had to check FF dot net and see if there was any romance around here, but I was worried that none of the authors would be able to write WALL*E and his lines correctly. Congratulations, you just made my night! This was exactly what I was hoping for. Damn fine job!
