It awsome, you rarely find stories about the Clock King (or I haven't been really seaching.)

Then Scarecrow WOW! This story blew me away!

There's so much I could say about this, but I'll just stick to one thing for now. As with "Sack Cloth and Chicken Soup," you don't let you love for these characters keep you from depicting them as the genuinely cruel, unpleasant criminals they are. And in this particular case, you also don't shy away from putting Temple through the wringer. You'd think that's basic Good Writing 101, and you'd be right, which makes the fact that it's not more often observed (even/especially by pros!) all the more frustrating. Fantastic story.

My, my what a twist! egads! I was planning on writing Temple into a current story of mine and wanted to see if there were any stories out there w/him in it. I must say that Im delighted to have found your story..but it also looks to be the only fic in all of fanfiction that has Temple in it :( But this was very *very* well written so i dont feel so bad :p

I totally didn't expect the revelations of these last two chapters. Poor Fugat to get taken in so thoroughly because some small part of him wanted to believe that someone could care about him. Sheila was an idiot in the end though. How could anyone who knows anything about Scarecrow not expect a case full of fear gas? She got what she deserved. Very well done.
