Still, nice, very nice last chapter here. I'm glad to see that I was right on the money for who got picked to be Indigo. I do wish that you would have included Orange, but again, seeing that Larfleeze doesn't share and only Hal Jordan has held the Orange Lantern besides him, and that the 'Orange Lantern Corps' is actually just 'identity-stolen' constructs powered by the Lantern and Larfleeze, I can certainly understand why you couldn't use me suggestion on who to join up with Orange.

Although, you do have to admit, Ron Weasley would /definitely/ fit in as an Orange Lantern. Still...

Anyway, I'm sorry to see this end, although I do hope you'll write/come up with a sequel dealing with the 'Darkest Night' and the Black Lantern Corps. At the moment, it's fairly obvious that this is still just the 'War of Light', and not yet to the Darkest Night.

Having read the first five or so issues, I can honestly say that I was also right on the money with who would be wearing a Black Lantern Ring from this universe you've created. And it fits his name so well too. ;)

Of course, there would be more than just Sirius Black. Remus Lupin, probably Pettigrew too even, and of course the real killers; Harry's parents, Lily and James Potter.

Wow, I just gave myself chills there for some reason. Now I'm */really/* hoping that you'll write a 'Darkest Night' sequel to this story. It would be worth it, even if all-told it ends up less than ten thousand words... which is what I consider to be one decent-sized chapter. LOL! ;)

Missing Orange and Black.

Orange could be Ron, but he's too obvious, both as a choice and as a person. So would the Fudgepacker. But I would rather see Orange as either Draco or Percy. Either would meet the requirements, and would be a more reliable Corps member than Ron or Fudge.

Black. Serious/Sirius jokes are bad enough, please don't start on Black Black jokes now. Remus would make a good choice, as he has just recently died, and is linked to the Violet Tonks. But my personal choice would be Hagrid. Physically powerful, and as a Black Lantern, mystically powerful as well. And Hagrid as a bad guy is awesome.

I _loved_ the story! It had a really exciting, fast pace, it showed your trademark storyline twists and it ended on an ambiguous note that had fitted really well. Thanks for posting it, in other words.

for the orange lantern i sugest using Hermione she also did covent knowlege and being smarter than her friends. Rons just to obvous a choice

Hmm, Luna in the Indigo sounds interesting, and with all the colors getting represented, will be curious before more of them meet with each other, as enemies or allies.

Blackest night rocks.

Seems Hal, Dove, and a few others are the crusp of it.

Hal has tasted most of the colors and I expect to do so with Indego and violet.


My thoughts also tell me that a white lantern, the full spectrum of light will be the key to the finally.

Also I expext that the creature from the mini-series that introduced Arisa is the evil be hind it.

Let's see here, so far you've got Harry with the Yellow Ring, Tom with the Red Ring, Ginny with the Blue Ring (REALLY did not expect that), Neville with the Green Ring, and Tonks with the Violet Ring.

All that is left is Orange, Indigo, and Black.

I would think it obvious, but my vote is that Ron (somehow) gets an Orange Ring. It fits very well with his personality IMHO.

Indigo is a tough one, because while they're "Compassion", they do not conform to the individual perspectives of compassion that one might expect. They also speak their own untranslatable language and behave and act in ways that no one can predict. I hereby nominate and cast my vote on Luna Lovegood becoming one of the Indigo Tribe.

Black, *shrug* heh, I know it would be so very typical of fanfic in general, but since they're already doing it in DCU canon, might as well. I think that Sirius Black should "come back" wearing a Black Ring. Like I said, obvious, and a bit corny, but it makes sense. :)

I really hope you're not done with this story yet, I look forward to the remaining chapters!

Neville can be a green lantern, green lanterns are to be devoid of fear, he's scared to death of snape, heck Snape is bogart's form. That's hardly fearless.

Oh Tonks as a Sapphire lady, and considering how bad Carol got when she became one, I've got a bad feeling about Tonks and where she may end up eventually, and what all will happen by the time all the rings are distributed.

Nice section, and could see Nev wielding the Green ring, as he never seemed to catch the break that some sidekicks do, and he showed his courage in the last book. Looks like Tom and Harry are going completely bats, and can't wait to see the next person called.
