Nice work with this fanfiction. Shikamaru and Temari were in character and the story was nicely paced. Loved that you made them both remain cool despite the teasing and distractions they each posed to each other.

I was surprised that Shikamaru didn't use the technique from the start, just to save himself the time and trouble, but I guess you had your reasons for making it so.
