It's cool that you guys have Family Day. We never had it. As far as homework on holidays goes? I don't think I hardly ever had homework over any holiday breaks when I was in school. (But gosh, that was a long time ago, wasn't it?
Gohan's so sweet in this, and poor Videl, fighting for her father's attention. Though really, when he wants to give it to her, she seems to ignore it. Hahaha.

I like it. The entire concept of a family day is really good. I guess it was so successful because you've experienced it before, correct?

Gohan was really well done here. Just like in all your fanfics, it wasn't too OoC. I don't know about the rock thing. Yeah, they didn't hurt him, but I think he'd try and have her consort to more civil negotiations.

Videl was characterized very much like herself in the anime. I like how we could tell the intensity of her emotions by the throwing of the rocks. Small detail, but important.

All in all, very well done. My brother said reading it was like watching another episode of DBZ. I, of course, know that this story is much too short for an entire episode, but still...More like 1/2 an episode.)

Where I live we don't have Family Day but it sounds really great to take a day off like that to spend time with the people you care about. Anyways I like this story becuase the characters are not ooc and kept how they should be. I wish this was an episode. ;3 Good work on a great story! Happy Face! ;p

But really, it sounds like something that could really happen in the series. Gohan's characterization was brilliant, especially when he just talked to her after seeing Hercule's location. I really imagine him doing that.

Videl was great too. Even suspecting him was put in there nicely.

And you ended it happily. It made me smile with bubbles inside. lol but seriously, 10/10.
