Wow really loved this story. You write Ros really well, showing her vulnerablility underneath the facade she puts up. Loving the Jo/Ros friendship too. Good work!

Great fic - you've captured all characters perfectly, and it's really nice to see the friendship between Jo and Ros, particularly in light of the final scene of 7x05. I hope you'll write more of this relationship!

"You don't want to be like me Jo" - fantastic line, and I can see Ros saying it.

Slight constructive crit though - in a lot of your dialogue, you miss out the final full stop or comma. It's just more grammatically correct to include those punctuation marks and reads a bit better. That said though it certainly didn't stop me enjoying the fic or adding you to my author alerts :D

I was a bit afraid to read it before we have seen the actual episode but you have done an excellent job.

“You don’t want to be like me Jo” she sighs, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world." is the best line to sum up their relationship.

Read this earlier today on my mob and had to pop on here to review. Short but gut wrenching [sorry no pun intended here at all]. Loving the Jo/Ben relationship and then the Jo/Ros. I think you write Ros extremely well. Here's to next week!

I really like this. Especially this line:

Jo sees then the frailty that is bubbling beneath the ice; she just didn’t think the ice would be that thin. She realises then that Ros is just bits and pieces, broken and mended with spider web; amazingly strong yet exceedingly fragile. Ros Myers is a paradox, and a dangerous one at that.

I think that captures Ros very well.

Great story. I can't wait to see episode 5 though I think I'll end up in tears.
