This is a fantastic ending to the story.

I was actually crying when I read the part when the couple lost the baby. And especially the part when Gabriella finally accepted the truth. It was soo very emotional.

This story is soo worth the fave. It's been a while since the last time I read a fic as good as this.. ^^
