Once upon a time, a young woman was sitting quietly in the living room with a laptop, with her mum sitting next to her watching something on the television. The young woman checked her mail and startled her poor mum with a loud joyious yell.

Seriously, I did scare my mum, I was really happily surprised by the update and clapped my hands in glee and everything. XD nice chapter! And here they meet Waya and Fukui :'D I can't wait to read what happends next!

I can see the sugar in your writing. It made me laugh. I absolutely love Fuku. He's hilarious. So blunt at all the right times.

This was a masterful way of introducing some insei into Hikaru and Sai's life. And to be truthful, I had already managed to forget Hikaru had been tutored by Touya Akira, it has been some time since I read the earlier chapters. It is clear how much closer Hikaru and Sai have gotten.

omg i fell in love with this story half way past the 1st chap you are a genius! i read it before... well like two chaps but i saw you hadn't up dated in a long time so i was like "i might as well not keep reading" but two days ago i saw you updated so i reread it and was in love!!:D i wish you would update sooner lol but you got your reasons for sometimes taking so long,i am a huge fan of your Hikaru no go fics. if you could like tell me any other sites were there are more HNG fanfics i will be so greatful and stuff... and thank you, finally someone writing sai+hikaru it has been like forever since that happened, anyways u rock! keep doing your thing hon and hope u update soon:)

And you're right - Hikago is like a boomerang. Always coming back, often with more plot ideas and an urge to write! There are probably action manga that attempt to reach the kind of suspense and drama Hikaru no Go captures - like the first match against Akira? Epicness.
