The Loneliest Dalek 2009-04-07 . chapter 50I have to admit, I saw that this was a Stargate/Hogan's Heroes crossover and, well, I was expecting the worst :-D
Instead, this is a great blending of two of my favorite shows, so thank you! It's also very nice to see a time-travel story where a few "small" changes make some things in the future better without changing history completely.
My only complaint is that the ending seemed to resolve a little too quickly. . . and I'm stuck trying to figure out what Hogan told Marya about the Gestapo agent... |
 E 2009-03-14 . chapter 50 wonderful story. |

Although I sent feedback to your personal inbox, I'm a great believer in giving writers public feedback. So, at the risk of boring you silly by repeating myself, I've finished it at last, yay!
Absolutely superb. You came up with some great cliff-hangers in this (Jack getting shot for example) and I am so pleased I didn't end up having to wait until you posted the next part, eek. :-)
Well written, great plotting, tension and some wonderful characterisations as well as a neat explanation of how they got there and back again. Very cleverly done. Interesting how you changed the timeline just that little bit when they got back again. A fan of Makepeace by any chance? I rather liked that!
I'm not sure these words are adequate to describe it. I feel I should be saying more but, suffice to say, it was a tour de force and I enjoyed every word.

TrigarX 2009-02-16 . chapter 50Wow, just came across this piece and it was really great! I love how you brought these two shows together and in world war II setting!! There was I bit I found you put too much of an explanation into, but aside from that, magnificent work! I look forward to reading more!! |
Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 50yeah... I'd love to hear Sam ream out Jack for changing the timeline. So you're a Makepeace lover, huh? I liked his character--a good antagonist to O'Niell. I wish the PTB did not make him out to be such a bad guy.
It's sad that what happened didn't prevent the rift between Sam's grandfather and Andrew. Maybe Sam will now get in touch with some of her long-estranged cousins and get to know them and through them, Uncle Andrew. --EarthBug
ps--thanks for the sneak peek and giving a clue about Wednesday. Good luck with your next story. |
 Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 49Yes, what about Wednesday?!
It was so sad that Sam and Andrew's time together came to an end. I'm glad Jack gave her the opportunity to get to know her estranged uncle. --EarthBug |
Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 48Wow, this story seems to be winding down, except for the Wednesday mystery. --EarthBug |
Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 47hm... curiouser and curiouser... What's up with Wednesday, now? If it's not one thing, it's another. Good job keeping the story interesting. --EarthBug |
Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 46Sam's gonna be miffed at Jack meddling with their *former* history! I hope the Asgard protect him--he's gonna need it! --EarthBug |
Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 45Yes, Jack, what was Hogan's biggest mistake? I have several theories floating around my head, and I want to know if I figured it out.
I love the research you put into the story--two separate series, and actual history.

Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 44Wow, love it. And a couple of my curiosities were answered! You're doing a good job blending the two series together. I still want to know how Jack and Sam landed in WWII!

Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 43ugh, the suspense! Where was the sarcophagus? I don't remember anything close to a reference to it, but then again, my memory is shot.
Onward... --EarthBug |
Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 42Oh, NO! Sam is not that good with the healing device! Hopefully, the strong emotions she is feeling right now is all what it takes to save Kinch and Jack!
By the way, Jack has one more Ace, uh? Anxiously awaiting to see what that is.
Does anyone know why Kinch was missing one season? The character's explanation, not the actor.

Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 41Wow, nice aim Jack O'Neill! So, will it be revealed why Seth doesn't remember Jack in the future? Or will that be left to our overactive imaginations? hm... I guess I will wait and see...
Loved the chapter. Seth left awful quick, but he is a coward.
On to the next... --EarthBug |
Sol3bug 2009-02-16 . chapter 40Well, unless there is a sarcophagus somewhere, Marya is pulsing away... bummer, I don't like her!
Good chapter. I liked the ending. Now on to the next--I'm playing catchup. Loved Hogan's Heroes. Still do. After Hogan, Carter's my fave, closely followed by Schulz--ever wonder how his toy company faired through the war? To bad that was brought up in only one episode, though.
