oh please write more or at least a sequel this is a great story

Hi! This is the first review I have ever written for you. I am a fan of Twilight and while looking across another Twilighters fav stories I came across In the Shadow of my Father. Now, I'm new to Fanfic and my only experience is with Twilighter (I COMPLETELY addicted!) but I can NOT tell you how happy I am that I stumbled across your stories. I read Shadow -I simply couldn't NOT read it having always adored the tortured soul of Superman. I really loved SR but I always felt that there was SO much missing. There was so many questions left unanswered and left to speculation. I had hopes that they woul quickly release a sequel but, as you know, that didn't happen. I have found closure with you stories. THANK YOU!

For the past 2 months I have been reading Twilight fics EVERYDAY -until 2 days ago! I first read Shadow and this morning I just finished Being Jason White. I LOVED BOTH!! The fact that I didn't leave a review -yet- for either should be taken as a huge compliment. I simply could NOT stop reading long enough to type to you and tell you how wonderful and fabulous your story is and how very talented I think you are. Those stories were simply put 'page-turners'. I fell asleep at the laptop 2 nights in a row trying to read through the night. LOL You have kids and I'm sure you can sympathize what it is like to have quiet in the night when the lil angels are sleeping. Which brings me to why I am leaving a review for this amazing one shot instead of your other works...

Simply put, I saw the publish date. It was only 2 days ago! You posted this fic probably while I was reading Shadow and I am SO happy! I noticed in BJW that it was written a while ago and it took about a year and a half to write. I was saddened to see this since I had assumed that you had moved on to other things by now. I am delighted to see that only a few days ago you added this SR story.!! YEA!

It is WONDERFUL! I also felt that at the end of the movie he was giving up. What else did he have to live for? And, as we all assumed, Lois told him he was a father while he lay in the hospital and that the knowledge that he was a father is what renewed his hope. He had a REAL purpose in life now. Not just to help random strangers whenever and wherever he could but a son to live for. This piece was almost poetic. There is such depth and emotion that we know is in Clarkbut rarely get to catch a glimpse of. I loved this piece. It wwas a great insight. I

I didn't mean to write so darn much! Sorry! I just had to let you know that I am thrilled that you are still writing for Superman and that I am in love with your work! Speaking of which, I really need to grab another box of tissues and get back to reading! It looked like you had a bunch of oneshots that are companion pieces to ItSomF and BJW. I feel like Christmas came early this year! LOL

Keep writing! With your talent it would be a real shame for you to stop. :o)

This is so very poetic, and very Clark... yet I couldn't hold back the snort and the thought, "That's the *ground*, you idiot."

It's nice seeing his perspective on things. I'm now very curious what ELSE he's been saying while arguing with you. *grin*

Great as always. While it doesn't say it's from your Being Jason White series, I just want you to know how I love it. Will you revisit that universe again? This time, perhaps, centered on Jason's son? It would be nice if a part of Krypton could live on in Jason's family and not be completely obliterated in just a few generations.

I'm so happy you decided to post because I'm in love with it. I missed his POV when I read your other stories and I'm so grateful for this one. It's beautiful and I love the amazement he showed after learning about Jason.

YAY, I'm really glad you chose to write and share this. My favorite scene is the end where he goes to Jason and see's him for the first time. The expression on his face as he looks at his sleeping child is one of a father seeing his son for the first time and I think you did a really great job in showing this, not just when he physically see's Jason at the end but while he is lost in himself.

Your writing draws me into the story and makes me want to hear more. Now I need to go back and re read a few of the others.
