WOW! A stunningly written masterpiece that explores the depth of the nature of a shinobi's complicated job scope. Amazing detail and breathtaking storytelling, with just the right amount of humour and seriousness coupled together. Utterly beautiful!

Loved how you portrayed both their devotion and loyalty to their shinobi duties, and how they love their family to the extent that sacrifices have to be made, some point or another. I've yet to come across a fanfiction that has demonstrated and considered their married situation and illustrated it as impeccably as you have with this fanfiction.

Family time, weariness, making the most out of each opportunity... It was all well capitalised on here. Loved the contrast of energetic, overexcited children against the exhaustion of their shinobi parents, the incident of the stray shuriken, the stand that Temari took and the flow of the story, professionality contrasted with guilt complete with reasons. Great pace, powerful language, witty conversations, alluring work.

The effort you've invested in this fanfiction is incredible; thanks a million for keeping the standard of this story up till the end; it was a remarkable experience reading it. I'm enthralled! Keep it up!

Now that Shikamaru and Temari are both home from their respective missions, you should do a "next day" sequel showing them getting back into the family routine like getting their daughter off to the Academy, helping their daughter throw shuriken as promised, and that bath together that Shikamaru had wanted with Temari LOL!

Really domestic. I like it. I can imagine Shikamaru just like that when he has children. Also, I loved the Shikahiro-eating-grass thing and Shikamaru's mom being upset by it and Shikamaru's dad laughing at her for being upset.
