I completely agree with Jord, you did some great behind-the-scenes work divulging the recent backgrounds/intros of Carth and Bastila--and you have a wonderfully witty and playful writing style, not to mention Livia's character exemplifies those strengths in such an endearing way. This was certainly the most intriguing beginning of a KotOR story I have read, as well as your stand-alone interpretation of Revan, who I think could skyrocket out of this genre bracket and be a poster child for one of the most interesting and unusual protagonists ever. I can only hope you may one day update this, because there is so much potential here (I can't even imagine how the reveal of Revan's identity would play out). Incredibly entertaining! :)

this is too good to go by the wayside
I'm laughing way too hard now

I love the interaction between Livia and Carth and then it gets better! FTW!!

oh, I like!

Very interesting take on Revan... er, Livia, yeah... ;)
I also like the fact that out of all the KotOR stories that I've read (which sadly isn't enough), that there was no outright stating that the character is Revan. Bravo!!

Looking forward to more!!

I read the first half on this last night, and the rest tonight. I must say - this is certainly a different take on Revan! I'm still trying to digest her character! ;)

I loved the depth you went into regarding the relationships between Bastila + the Jedi and Carth. I like how you didn't tend to favour one side or the other, and how you clearly displayed the frustrations both parties were feeling about one another. That was pretty realistic.

I'm curious to see how you'll develop Livia in the chapters to come, and I wonder whether she'll overcome her distaste for fighting (given that she'll be submersed in some pretty tight situations!). Good work so far.
