This is great! I love how Kisara isn't intimidated by Kaiba even a little and I especially love the pairing in general! All of your Yu-Gi-Oh stories are great, but I love the Seto and Kisara ones the most! I hope you continue to write such awesome stories!

I remember reading this story some months ago, and forgetting to leave a review. Today, I found it by a Yu-Gi-Oh! wikia, and I wanted to say, wow. Thank you for writing such an interesting piece. It was fantastic.

I found Seto's characterization to be spot on. Kazuki Takahashi couldn't have been more in character than this. Kisara was done beautifully as well. She really does seem to be the sort of polar opposite of Mazaki. Still sweet and willing to stand up for their beliefs, but quiet, no backbone, and a cream puff as far as strength goes. XD

Thank you again for writing this, as I enjoyed it immensely, both the first time I read it and this time as well. Keep on writing.

Very very nice. You have Kaiba absolutely in character (no surprise there), and Kisara is wonderfully done as well. I love getting a look into Kaiba's thought processes, and as others pointed out he would so "see" but "not see" out of choice. -smacks him- Oh well...at some point he just won't be able to deny anymore. XD

The end was brief and made me want to read so much more. I hope there's going to be more...

I love how you captured his thoughts, he would see all of those things, but wouldn't acknowledge them. I really liked how you talked about the difference between Seto and Kisara's eyes, that was well written and very true.

Wow, as annoying as it would be, Seto would probably over think things, and possibly use more words and bigger words than necessary. I also liked how he wanted to throw the book at her like a child, but didn't. He's quite emotionally immature. Heh.

I really love how you portray Kaiba in this one, especially his dogged determination to not know what he knows. It's overt in the fact that we're in his POV and yet there's a point of him "not noticing" her eyes, then going on to add that if he DID, he wouldn't admit it. Heh. But the ending is really wonderful, because I kept wondering, does he not recognize her?

But that simple, "I know" says it all. Of COURSE he recognizes her. And for all his goings on about how banal she is, and emotional, and all the excuses he gives for wanting to avoid her, it comes down to the REAL reason: he knows EXACTLY who she is, but doesn't want to know.

You really nail Kaiba's complexity. Well done.

This one made me so happy inside just because Seto was acting so much like himself. This pairing often degrades him to treating Kisara much nicer than he does anyone else but until the end of the story you maintained that he's not a nice person, and I like that. Another good scribfic to read through.
