Reviews for Another Journey
Lisa Cooper 12/6/12 . chapter 29
Thank you for your story. All the way to the end it was wonderful. (I enjoyed the view of Patty and Anton's life you gave; such as how they interacted with each other and their families.) I am sorry if I am giving you too much email. God bless you and your family, and I hope you and your family get to enjoy Christmas in Germany. Lisa Fassmann
Lisa Cooper 12/6/12 . chapter 14
I am reading "Another Journey", and I am really enjoying it especially the scenes where Patty gets to interact with Germans and German culture. I've had my own experiences with German culture with my in-laws. (My husband's parents were Germans living in East Germany about the time the Berlin Wall went up. They were able to leave East Germany and became U.S. citizens. My husband speaks some German from his parents, from taking German in school, and from living in Germany and Austria while he was in college. I hope I get to go to Europe with him one day. I've never been, and I have wanted to go for a long time.) Thank you for writing this story, and putting your experiences in. It has added interesting detail and reality to the story. Merry Christmas and A Good New Year to you and your family. Lisa Fassmann

Once again, awesome story and a great sequel. I love your stories in this section. They are very meaningful and have a great message in each of them that I believe a lot of people can benefit and learn from.

My encouragement to you is that you continue write because you definitely have a gift for it. Each story gets better and better. :)

Thank you for the stories you post on here. I'm sure you put a lot of thought and hard work into them. I hope people take that into consideration. Thank you for taking the time to post such lovely stories. You have inspired me to write my own :)

Happy writing!

Wow the revelations are so bittersweet yet true. I like how they went there again & their viewing/leaving is symbolic of twelve years ago.

Very good! Liked knowing that Sharon did get out of Jenkinsville. I confess I was wanting her to go to NYC with Kathy and David, but Wynne City is a good start. Liked that she wrote to Anton's parents as well.

Loved Patty's bittersweet comment that she was glad that she and Anton had caught the ten fifteen train together this time. sniffs That's so sweet! And loved that you ended with the quote that started this series of stories.

Take as long as you need, and take care, but do post your new story soon!

Good job! And you're right, sometimes things don't always work out the way we want them to-but in some cases, including Patty's, that's for the best. I think Patty and Anton's coming back did a world of good for Sharon, opening her eyes and providing her with the chance for a fresh start.

I like how you brought this chapter back to where everything first started, and now Patty and Anton are together and have hope for the future. I also like Anton's musing that their coming back might have been a way of putting things right that had happened twelve years before.

On to the epilogue...can't believe this is almost over!

Wow! Sharon finally left! I think she should meet Patty, Ruth, & Anton 1st. Or even David & the lady(her name escapes me).
Frogster 12/18/10 . chapter 27
Very good! I'm glad Sharon's eyes are beginning to open. And I agree with Freddy-it was a good thing that Patty and Anton came back, because they helped Sharon see past the prejudice that has the town in its vice grip. And because they helped save her father's life.

Update soon! And if you don't update before Christmas, Merry Christmas to you!
Frogster 12/18/10 . chapter 26
Very good! I think Sharon is doing the right thing by moving out of her parents' house and also Jenkinsville. And hurrah for those who see Anton's worth, generosity, and kindness. He is an extraordinary person.

(Sorry I hadn't read/reviewed the last few chapters; I've been caught up with finals the past few weeks.)
