A Twilight/anything crossover is kind of questionable to begin with, but I think an OC being the bridge between Replica and Twilight is not the greatest idea. The "other projects" with symbols other than crescents have been explored at least a little bit in the Replica fandom, and I'm not really sure why the exact same thing the Amys went through happened to the Elenas (if that is the name they all go by). You'd think the organization wouldn't make the same mistake twice.

You're not a bad writer, I'm just not entirely sold on this bond.
