Good story. I love how Mike keeps boiling everything down to seconds. Great job bringing out his shock and sense of disbelief at the shooting, and his emotions as the squad goes out to kick the Mahoney gang's butts.

Well done piece of writing. BTW, the squad room shooting was one of my all-time favorite Homocide episodes.
