This is really good. It's very well writen, and isn't just mindless sex. I like that.
I'm not a big fan of LxLight but you made me enjoy it. I'll be checking out your other stories asap!

I love that last sentence. And I love how insecure Light is, and only lets it show in the dark... and to L of all people. And during all this, L is watching him, and calculating. Loved this!

That was a great piece of writing. I enjoyed it very much.
However, i think the parenthesis kind of ruin the mood. The side notes shouldnt be added in the story unless it is really necessary. The plot is good and very solid. A bit melancholy though.

And yes, I too was amused to note how focussed L was on Light's insomnia and the causes while ignoring his own.

Light's last line breaks my heart. Because in those days when he forgets the Death Note, he really does despise Kira, and wants to fight with L against him. I wonder if it hurt at all when he found out he wasn't as innocent as he believed?

I loved how you kept them in character. Light and L were both amazingly written, and the scene weren't too drawn out, but they weren't too short. (: Loved it.

ohh bleak. and wonderful. reading it causes an almost pleasant ache.

That was so sad and beautiful. L/Light is probably one of the only pairings where, if done right, one can't really have a sense of complete satisfaction at the end. They completely belong to each other, but because of who they are, it's also wrong for them to be completely happy.

Really, really, really good. I love it when L and Light's relationship is portrayed in a darker way, such as this. It seems to fit more with their personalities than anything else. It's slightly depressing sometimes, but also far more interesting.
You have a small typo here, or at least it looks like one:
L releases Light's wrists, and slides himself down to -- L's -- groin. Taking no precautions in ripping off Light's boxers... etc.
Shouldn't the second L be Light?
