Very sweet. Just the right touch of atmosphere.

Only quibble is that he withheld the pain from his wife went she wore that color. As a reader I got the impression that some time passed between seeing the dress and looking for his sister on the internet. But rereading it, left me unsure about the timing. Why not take his wife with him on the search for the grave?

So as a reader I would like more understanding of why he couldn't tell his wife.

Beautiful - an insight into Jasper and Alice that doesn't really involve Bella and Edward (not that there's anything wrong with B/E, but it's nice not to have to learn about other members of the family solely through observing their reactions to B/E). I also love reading about everyone's human lives. Great story-- what a talented writer you are! Thank you!
