HEre's the kind of writing I really admire, phrases like this:
"...amusement just an intellectual rimshot that could no longer touch the numb center of him..."

You have such a way with words, a great ability to describe inner turmoil with a neat turn of phrase. And a way of wringing every ounce of drama out of a dramatic situation, like the courtroom scene. WEll done!

Sorry to see this coming to a close/ I will miss it.

Your prose is so powerful and compelling. I'm not sure this is all entirely In Character (as they say)- but it doesn't matter because your writing is so strong. I hope someday you write some original fic (but that it doesn't interfere with your House fic!)

Oh my god your intrigue is made of awesome. I ignored my alerts while I had an assignment on and then came back to find five chapters of "holy crap, my brain just died and went to literary heaven". Also, did you know, if I read your stuff then go away and work on my own, my writing improves, flows easier. You're contagious!

There's so much intensity in everything you write. I find it hard to believe you can keep it up, but somehow you do. Whew. Amazing chapter as usual, and I hope that the return of fall means lots of new ones! THanks for keeping this alive.
