kickthemoon 2009-12-07 . chapter 1Great writing from Peter's point of view. Clearly not quite as bright or as brilliant as his friends, really, tinnitus only when he's eavesdropping!
And Snape! So sad to see him curled up and grieving for what he has now committed himself to do. |
YuriyTalaIvanov 2009-09-16 . chapter 1aw wow... this was so sad! i loved the end scene with snape curled up on the couch! poor snape *sniffles* |
 NessL 2009-08-03 . chapter 1Excellent story! I love it!
Thanks for sharing this |
waterside 2009-06-10 . chapter 1I've read it again... It is still breathtaking. Snape and Wormtail are so much in character that the story could be in the books. The description of Snape's house, the tense atmosphere between these two men, the scene after the sisters' visit are all amazingly well written. |
Bluishorbs 2009-05-01 . chapter 1Nice oneshot, like the setting and how you've written snape from a different persons point of view! well done :) |
DailyProphetEditor 2009-04-11 . chapter 1Great job. Wormtail is such an interesting character, and you capture him perfectly.
I love all the tiny details you included to create the mood (like how Peter feels after he had to dust all the books, and that wonderful idea about his "tinnitus"). |
 Celestial Moonwalker 2008-12-04 . chapter 1Wow. I love this! Nice job. |
SnapekatMP 2008-12-03 . chapter 1This was excellent! Spot on Snape and great Wormtail too. I hope there will be more. |
duj 2008-11-30 . chapter 1Excellent. Few people are interested enough in Wormtail to put him in fics, and even fewer do him well. This is the best I've seen. You've got completely into his head.
This is filled with brilliancies, but I particularly liked the touch of his "tinnitus" whenever Snape casts Muffliato. Also Snape's silent grieving after the Black sisters have left.
(BTW, you might be interested in my fic "Wrong", set the night after the DADA OWL. The second chapter is a Wormtail perspective on the Marauders/Snape dynamic.) |
whitehound 2008-11-30 . chapter 1This is a lovely piece, which makes you feel acute sympathy for Snape and some for Peter as well, even though he's callous and shallow. |
