Well, now that I've found the new location of review button...^_^;;...here are my comments.

I think your premise for this 'rare' interaction between Tasuki and Mitsukake is very refreshing. I liked how you showed the contrasts between the two through the characters' own eyes, and I liked the use of changes in pov to advance the storyline. Your skillful handling of the differences in their word/speech patterns made any tags unnecessary and prevented disruption in the flow of the story when a change in pov was made.

I also liked to see Mits and Tasuki gained an understanding of each other that was never shown in the canon storyline. I enjoyed the wry humor in lines like 'Maybe the reason they keep attacking other countries is because they can’t grow anything here?' :D I thought you did a great job of showing how the two seishi's opposing personas compliment each other even as the annoyance factor kicks in- (such as how Mitsukake's feelings of guilt about the killing and not being there...and how Tasuki's bluntness snapped him out of his funk.)

You didn't mention in your notes whether you wanted concrit or not, so I won't offer any...^__~ To end this, I will just say thank you for (re)posting this wonderful ficlet-and offer my hopes that others will follow your lead...:D
