Aah! Its about time someone did a story about Beliel! She's my favorite Angel Sanctuary character and I love how you created a believable past for her. People don't seem to realize that there is a angel(demon...?) behind the clown makeup. Looking forward to the next chapter!

I was always interested in the Mad Hatter's character but seeing him/her as Belial before the fall was real eye opener. The relationship between Phanuel and Belial was wonderfully gradual and, although it was sweet, was messed up enough to befit the other relationships in Angel Santuary.

The opening scene was particuarly emotional and it shows the possibility of every angel's birth. I wonder if anyone but Rosiel and Adam were ever truely loved by their creator? Lots of food for thought there.

Some nice angles with the process of becoming a gender- a bit like puberty but with an obviously sinister undercurrent. I haven't quite finished the AS manga (it's just so long!), is this a convention of your own or canon?

Wow. Amazing fic. Though I should probably admit I have no knowledge of the fandom, and this felt like original fiction to me. ^_^; I really really love your style and your narration, and if the characters are OOC, well, I prefer your characterization.

I actually thought it was a oneshot at first, cause there was an air of finality to it and you usually end your fics that way, but apparently I'm wrong. I look forward to the next chapter!

I am SO lucky to be the first to review this story. I love it! I can really start to see Belial take shape of the Mad Hatter. Fantastic character developement! And the way the first chapter ended... I want more, darn it!
