That was excellent. Sounds like you may have hit writer's block. (yech, I hate that):P Let's see if I can help you; that sounds like InuYasha to the rescue.
1. She wakes up in Kaede's hut with a few bandages on her from where Naraku held her. Worried about Rin, jumps over to her new friend.
2. Kagome scolds her for moving but Sakura just glares at her and pays attention to Rin as the girl wakes up; saying she (Sakura) is just fine.
3. Rin convinces Sakura to tell them all the story Sakura had told her about what had happened. They all gasped, Sango a little as she had guessed what was wrong with Sakura.
4. InuYasha has more respect for the little girl, after seeing how she had defeated Naraku, and hearing her story.
5. Kagome starts to cuddle and fuss over Sakura, being treated like a doll again. Sakura starts to yell at Kagome rudely, but Kaede reprimands her, and tells her to speak to Kagome politely.
6. Perhaps Sakura could go back to the future with Kagome (since she carries the shards), for a few hours.

I would say it is time for fluffy to look for Rin and Kick some Naraku backside. kagome needs to wash two mouths out with soap Inuyasha and sakura. Will Ayame meet Sakura with her red hair and white fur?

Woah, excellent!! I can almost see Sakura's eyes starting to go read, warning the three older demons to back off; and not liking having to tell them what she told Shippo.

Excellent! Looks like Sakura is making some good progress, especially with Kaede and Shippo. Hope the little girl will tell her story soon; it will help her heal emotionally.
