oH my gosh another hateful and disillusioned Alma. She is
such a sad and tortured woman. I understand her motivations, but,
it doesn't make her easier to take.
If only?
I never felt as sorry for her as a lot of people have. Because of the reasons that she had kept quiet all those years, was only to protect herself. She didnt want to be known as the
woman that was abandoned, by a husband for another man. Then
when she found her opportunity to strike at him, when he was
most vulnerable. In her home, in front of her children., And her
new, and in her mind fancier husband. She acted like a hateful
wench. Im sorry I never did really feel bad for her after that...
She was a gutless woman, who refused to stand up for herself and her daughters, until she found a new place for herself. Sorry if I offend by these remarks, but I just felt like I needed to vent about her. thanks for this story, I do appreciate people writing for us, when they dont really have to
do so. Its not a reflection on you. She is like Jessica, she is just written that way.

Aw dang it ALma, Jack needs Ennis and there you go shooting your mouth off again and ruining everything for these two. And part of me doesn't blame Ennis for wanting to go running and screaming away, but dang it Ennis Jack needs you! I hope they find a way to be together soon.

I'm thrilled to see this update. It's a great story even with the tragedy of Jack's sons death. I'm glad Ennis is staying with Jack and not letting his fear rule him (again). Hope you can update again real soon.

just reread all chapters, because i blanked out. the loss of a son, the funeral, must be slow, can't be rushed. i look forward to seeing jack recovering from his loss and the two boys together.
