I was looking for a story on Nanaki today...this is so beautiful! Yet I wish it was a little longer lol. It just seemed so right, especially with Bugenhagen calling him to rest. I could see this as Nanaki's last deed before he left the world. T.T

So sad, the pups at the end. Overall, fantastic work! :)

d'aww, short and bittersweet. (Hello again! I was randomly wondering about Beasts of Gaia, and decided to check your profile.)

I adored the cubs' enchantment as they soaked in their father's tale, and I could share Nanaki's lament: no matter how well-spoken, words can't do the whole story justice, and nothing probably will ever again. Such a shame.

Perhaps the story's TOO short, everything being a little rushed, but it's still nice! And sad. Yet fitting.

(Tip! I would not mention character death in the summary. Taking away the surprise lessens the impact of the loss!)
