Hello. I am interested in Count Cain/Godchild because of the artist Kaori Yuki (I am a big fan of another of her works), though I am not well-informed about the basic characters and plot of the manga. I decided to read some fics to understand it a little better and among those, I happened to read your story. You really piqued my interest. I particularly enjoyed how you described the collection of poisons and how important role they seem to play in Cain's life. I was given the impression that they are an integral element of his existence but also as if they create some sort of psychological addiction. You may feel content with the outcome of this story as you have managed to make me, at least, keep reading to the end though I don't know the story and the main character.
