*squeals* Adorable - absolutely adorable! I loved how, even though she saw the present, Alice kept it a secret from Jasper. And I can just imagine him pouting - that's one of my favorite parts. ;) Also liked Jasper's going through Civil War books and marking every single thing wrong with them - and how he'd put his own (undoubtedly perfectly accurate) book out. That was such a perfect touch. I'd always wondered about that, how he'd react when he read something written wrong about the Civil War, or any other time period he's lived through. . .
