Yes, yes, she did know. Remember in the last part of the book–when they're all in the Neddle and they're eating with Bautrelet? Raymonde's notice on the table, in front of her plate, read 'Mrs Arsene Lupin'. And I doubt she didn't know who he was, since EVERYBODY knew who Lupin was.
Awesome story, by the way. The scene where Kaito names the kitten was adorable. (Sweet!Kaito can be wonderful when well-written.)
