Early on in this chapter you have Harry say "braising". What you need to use is "bracing". Braising is a method of cooking using a tiny bit of liquid. Bracing is to strengthen something.

A lemon is a fruit. What has that got to do with anything. Of course I would not be happy to read about fruits. I like eating them but reading about them is boring.
