Great story! Amazingly deep. You kept Chloe very true to herself and Lex, well, just as we fangirls would like him to be. The show has given us enough hints to believe that he was capable of such love before he got inevitably screwed up.

i think i really hate clark. and i can see why lex would hate him also. clark haspeopel who will give up thier own lives and happiness to keep his secret. but i truly do not believe that clark knows what he is asking people to give up for him. lex is right to not let chloe go she is his everything and everyday that she choose clark over lex kills chloe. chloe deserves happiness wiht lex and lex i believe if clark had trusted him would never betray his secret, lex is only so obsessed becaues he has lost chloe...

This fic was absolutely perfect. Im truly amazed at how natural and fluid your writing is. I was hooked since the first chapter, and every time, i kept wanting more, pretty much like i do right now. The chracterization was spot on, and the clever banter between them had a hopeless and desperate feeling to it, that made you realize how over they were, but in a subtle way.

I just stumbled on this story (it feels like forever since I've found a good Chlex fic). It was so haunting and beautiful. Wow.

i remember reading the first 2 ch on NS forum... and i remember that i was very excited to read this... and now to have read or better to say reread the frist 2 chapters and getting to read the 3rd ... it was like christmas and getting a present i didn't know i would get, but loving it even more...

this chapter was great, really good. I love the way you write. love the detail, and the way-too-complicated-words you use (lol, i always have to look up at least one word, and i get more excited about your ff after reading that part of the fic again...)

beautiful! and i loved the angst of it in the second chapter... i still feel the hurt lex had when chloe made him call the doctor... and the way he let himself get a new obsession right after, or that he was man-whoring himself... to have these ideas, and write them down like you did... it really shows that you put a lot of thinking into each chapter... so i really don't mind the extra amount of time you need to write a chapter...

i think in a way it is like a good wine... the longer the wait, the better the product...

so, again, i absolutly loved your story so far. and i will patiently wait for the next chapter... hoping that you'll reveal more of the chlex as well as the chlark relationship (best from lex pov... if you ask me... :P)

This is so good. It feels so tragic, so sad. I loved this part "And then because he can't hold her and he can't kill her, can't force her, but can't support her, he does the only thing he has left. He walks out of the room".

This is just lovely! I like Lex's fear that if he was left to his own devices he just might try and force Chloe to bear his child. And I also liked that he did see a future for them in Smallville once they left the safehouse.

Can't wait to see what happens next.
