Fascinating. I honestly can't think of another word to describe it. I felt like I was there with Cameron, watching House write on the whiteboard. Your power of imagery, appealing to all the senses, is amazing.

Beautiful, abosolutely beautiful. Too many Cameron-House fics center around a whiny, needy Cameron who just wants House to love her so they can have a beautiful happy-ever-after life complete with child together. Not this one. What a refreshing, realistic, change of pace! I loved it -

I've wanted to ship House and Cameron. I really tried. But I haven't found stories that bring them together in a way that I can believe. And I think it's because this -- what you've written -- is it. They're unshippable. (Sorry, to the shippers out there. I'm glad it works for you.) You've captured the essence right here, especially in this sentence: "They bounce off of each other like plastic on linoleum and around, around, around, a blue line circle, circle, circling around the word heart. Not as a symptom, but the root of the problem."
