They're so silly :P Nice job on the details; Lelouch's defensiveness about Nunnally, the awkwardness about Lelouch's mother and Suzaku's inability to empathise, the fact that however awkward and cold Lelouch is, Suzaku's father and the rest of the population of the shrine are busier and colder still...and Suzaku feeling self-conscious about having chapped lips was just gorgeous, totally made that bit. Trying to involve kissing or anything like it in fics about nine and ten-year-olds is always a little difficult, lol, but what you did with it here worked rather well :) Very sweet, very xmassy, nice work :D
