For a modern AU it was great, good job, I so loved Allan in this :-) love the snake's name as well lol love bad puns. Great fic :-)

Wonderful end to a great story...very sweet and nice, just like the two of them. It will be odd not to see this story every Friday, I was growing accustom to waking up Friday morning and having this for my bus ride to work. I just hope that you DO more stories, whether they are AU's or not. You are a wonderfully gifted writer and it would be a shame to all of us obsessed fans (ha ha ha) not to see stories from you. Again, wonderful story, great description as usual, I was hoping to see Allan one more time, but all good things come to an end, cliche I know but true! Thanks again! Great job!

What a lovely final chapter. It leaves everything on an open note and I really like that. It somehow makes the fact that it's over much less sad. It would be nice to read a little continuation of it in the future, if you feel so inclined. Great story!

I absolutely adore this story, certainly fluff of the very best variety. I am almost never a fan of AU stories, but this one (particularly as it includes two of my favourite characters ever presented by the BBC) makes me very happy :)Can't wait for the last chapter, and may I demand (in a nice way) that you write a bit more of it? Thanking you in advance if you choose to continue, but if you don't, well done nonetheless.

Aww! That opening scene where Will assumes he's had some vivid and happy Djaq dream was just so cute. That's what I love about him...that he just can't fathom that she could be interested in him too.

And you've finally unveiled Monty! I liked Will's reaction to Monty as well as his reaction to the messiness of Djaq's flat. It's cute that her quirks just give him more reasons to love her.

And Allan was priceless! Maybe it's just the Auntie Annie in me, but I found myself thinking that Will should pick up the phone and at least call Allan and that Allan would probably be worried sick. It was nice to see the mother hen side of the usually reckless and carefree Allan. I really like the dynamic of Will's and Allan's friendship.

However, on a more somber note, I am very sad that there is only one chapter left. I love fluffy W/D stories, especially ones that capture their characters so completely. I am very sorry to see this end as I have been thoroughly enjoying it. Maybe I'll have to write them a bit of happiness in my story just to console myself. ;-)

LOL, gotta love the fluff. They are ridiculously cute together. One more chapter to go!

Always love your chapters, I will be sad to see this story end, although hopeful that you may add to it (if i read that right). I really love your modern AUs, they are the best. I must say that you are such a descriptive writer, being a director, I can literally picture the scenarios. I like the Allan scenario of him distracting Will (or at least trying to) while he's on the phone with Djaq. I just loved how Will thought he was dreaming at first, and his reaction to Monty was classic. Looking forward to more stories from you.

It's about freaking time! Loved this chapter, it was torture to finally get there but once things started getting good it flowed like melted butter! ha ha ha! I loved how Will was so concerned with the safe sex thing...Of course Djaq would have it taken care of she is a woman of the world, she would never let the man take advantage of the situation with out having a back up plan. Great chapter, love the descriptions of them driving on the ice, etc and how clumsy Will was trying to get in the back seat with Djaq. Being tall myself I know how hard it is to maneuver in such a small car. Kudos for that...update soon! Always love your stories.

This chapter is excellent. I think it works really well. You can tell that they want each other and Djaq is totally in character by being so so sure about what she wants.

only thing was at the end:

"wished that his meant"-grammer issue

"he flung himself between the seats into the front"-that works ok but adding "wedged between the front seats" makes it redundant. Having front and between twice in the same sentence is kinda pointless.

But now that I have that little bit out of the way, I'm glad to say I don't usually read AU fics that are set in modern times..but this wasn't bad. =)

You have made my Christmas without a shadow of a doubt! The sweetness of it was . . . I can't put it into words. I loved the sex scene SO MUCH!! I find myself wishing once again that I could write in the same league as you. This one of if not THE best Will/Djaq story in 2008! (Aside from Home Fires of course!)
