This was absolutely one of THE most gorgeous fics I have EVER READ IN MY LIFE! *U* The '71 Willy Wonka has always been one of my favorite movies, and considering how much screen time Willy had while being his true self...this was completely GORGEOUS! *U* *U* The emotions, the drama, the plot especially, the characters (I HATE OCs, but man, yours were WAY TOO AWESOME for me to hate!), characterization... Gosh, everything was SO BEAUTIFUL! *U* *U* *U* Rock on! You are undoubtedly the best Willy Wonka writer on this site! *U* *U* *U* *U* *U* *U*

I like the general premise. However, the narration flows a bit funny- I think this is a combination between some minimal awkwardness of phrase, particularly the short, choppy paragraphs, but also the shear amount of it. The majority of this chapter was backstory, explanation, with fairly minimal description interspersed. What there was was excellent, though, and I'd really love to see more of it.

So Slugworth's people and the bank lied to the press about buying out the Rainbow House? Well, talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face! That isn't going to win them many loyal customers!

Perfect ending to this little story. Perfect, and perfectly satisfying!

Well they didn't save the house, but is Amber now legally blind? Not seeing black but just blobs, hope glasses can fix it! Maybe not... Great story! Sequel in the works!

Charlie is very perceptive, and an excellent writer for his age. He should take a job in writing or reporting! Oh, that's right, he's going to own the factory, so I guess not. Ah well...

Haha- Wanda got mistaken for her brother! That was rich. I could only imagine the man's embarrassment when he realized it was a woman he was talking to.

Wow, the story is already over-so far. This is such a great story full of kind loving people! I can't wait to find out what happens next. Poor Amber! I was surprised how fast Amanda cracked when she talked to Willy! Willy also seems to be a little more human in this story than In Another's Eyes (awesome story too! XD). Update soon!

And Paul's perception abilities are astounding! He doesn't even need to hear a person's voice to know what gender and approximate size/age they are. Wow!

Poor Amber! Neither of her parents care! Well her mother kinda does but other than that she's all alone! She needs that center and a very good friends named Willy Wonka and Charlie Bucket! The people at the Rainbow House can be her family! They will care for her!

Wow, but does Amanda have some serious hostility issues, or what? Sure she's angry at the girl's father, but that's no reason to take it out on her. She needs therapy. Willy style. ;) The sooner the better!
