Excellent plot, and excellent background info to support the story.

I really do wonder from where you get your ideas. And they come in such manageable sizes too, one-chapter stories done properly are very good. Usually I look for 100k+ stories, but the likelihood of a filler content chapter quickly approaches one as the length of a story increases beyond 60k. Such chapters are evil, they almost force me to lose interest in an otherwise good story and that often means I have wasted a few hours in front of the computer reading a story that I likely never will finish. In a one-shoot like this filler content is insanely improbable (still a possibility, just improbable).

In my fic’s, I incorporated Japanese history and Shinto mythology into the Yamanouchi storyline by making Toshimiru and Ron bosatsu’s (embodiments--like Hindu botashiva’s) of Hachiman, Shinto god of war and protector of Japan. You have combined history, culture, mythology, and the Kim Possible plot even more skillfully..

And Sensei practiced a form of Monkey Kung-Fu deception in order to draw Xueye Nu Zhuren out into the open. Like you said. “…making false impression of vulnerability to attack.”

And--you finally allowed Romance to blossom in one of your stories! True Love conquers all! You’re getting sentimental in your old age!

The scene at the cleansing place was awesome too.

I hope you continue this piece. It has a lot of potential. Besides the Rori marriage, there's Spirit's redemption to consider too.
