Hee. I love Daniel getting all caught up in the Christmas shopping and going completely overboard, and then not knowing what to do with himself once what he's bought catches up with him. Plus, that little moment where he finds the gift he'd have loved and *buys something else instead* is just priceless.

Another nice little Christmas story! Looks like Daniel got caught up in the Christmas fever during his little outing. Rather curious as to what he bought from Victoria Secrets that he was somewhat hesitant to give Vala. At least Sam gave him a nice little nudge. And I can imagine the grins when everyone else find out why Daniel and Vala are missing.

And nice bit with the ending there. Can just picture Vala trying to determine which of the gifts on her bed she should unwrap first, the box or Daniel. ;)
