Argh! Don't leave all of us hanging here! I really enjoy reading this and I was disappointed after reaching the last chapter. I love how the story flows; it kept me reading from start to finish. And you wrote CH14 really well! I was feeling for Squall right there. Poor guy. You did a great job on writing about his feelings and thoughts about the responsibilities of being a commander. Anyway, I hope you'll finish the story soon. At least update it! o

I like how you made Squall realize that somehow, it is better to open up, have some emotional support like the AU Squall rather than to socially isolate oneself.

I'm loving this story! At times it's easy to follow, but at other times it's so incredibly mind-blowing. I'm one of those old readers who started reading it years ago, and I finally found it again. I'm glad I did, I like this newer version a lot.

AH! NO! SQUALLY! Ehhe...so intense!

Short chapter, but it contributes nicely to the mood set before. I like the way you present Squall as someone who finally realizes he's isolated himself, thus longing for an alternate outcome where he can count on emotional support.

You might confuse a few people here though, as it isn't clear until the end that it is Squall thinking about himself in the third person.

I'll be looking fwd for more ;)

Ho, cliffhanger, good one. I wondered how things would work out for AU-Squall, and I rather expected him to be in Seifer's team. Guess I'll have to wait to the next update.

First of all, thanks for the dedication, I truly appreciate. I'm glad that you decided to continue with the original story, and I don't find it confusing (but in all honesty I did read the forst 10 chapters twice). This is a solid chapter, giving a vivid insight into Squall's inner turmoil. I could really feel how close he is to complete breakdown, crushed by responsabilities he isn't certain he can live up to. Of course, I rather like the parts in the alternate reality, which I find fascinating btw, but this part brings things into perspective in the scope of the game.

Finally, some Quall action - yay! This is going to be a Quall in the end right? Please let it be a Quall!
