Very well written. Penny's POV is really interesting and even if the story is still sad, that's what I love Dr. Horrible so much. Oh, if only she hadn't started dating Captain Hammer, everything would have been totally different, but that's not the point.

Why do I keep reading stories like this? I guess for the same reason I keep watching Dr. Horrible. Because it's absolutely wonderful--and heartbreaking. I guess somewhere deep down I think it might end differently the next time I watch it. I hoped she wouldn't die. But that fact that she did is what makes the story so soul-searingly wonderful. :-) Thank you for posting!

Nice to see a fic from Penny's POV. It certainly was obvious to us, the viewers, that she was much more into Billy than he realized...which is part of what makes the ending so sad, of course. Well done.

Nice fic. I liked looking at it from Penny's pov, especially the way she felt about Hammer. Very well done. I noticed a handful of mistakes throughout (things like this word wasn't capitalized when it should've been, should be a comma here, etc) but nothing major. Overall interesting, well done fic! :)

This is really good. I can't imagine how many times you watched Dr. Horrible over and over again. I liked how you explained all the little things that happened that could be easily overlooked, like the part where she raises her brows when she puts in her underwear; and the part where Billy signs the petition. You give meaning to all these bits, and it just makes your[Penny's] take on everything that happened so much more sweet and I LOVE how you make everything work!

I really liked this. It was interesting to read what could have been going on in Penny's mind, especially in the last part. Nicely done.

This made me cry but I loved it.

Alright Penny’s point of view was very very VERY well done and that you wrote:

Which I don’t know if you did purposely but I see that as a himym quote, which makes me very very happy.

Oh... very sweet and sad and so very good. My only criticisms would be the few spelling mistakes (not too many, but try a beta!) and how head-over-heels Penny still was by the ceremony/Hammer-scene. I think that by that time she was a little dubious about the relationship. But great job anyhow! Thanks for writing.
