I liked that. I would have liked it better if it had been in past tense as opposed to present, because past tense just works so much better and is far less prone to mistakes, but it was really sweet. :) Off to read the prequel now! :D

Aw... That letter was heartbreaking. As was Edmund's reaction to it.

Wow... That was really good! (And I find myself thinking and saying that after every fic of yours that I read...) I loved how you wrote Edmund while he was reading the letter... and how Peter knew what Edmund would be thinking through it all, and commenting on it all. Especially the "martyr" one. :D

And then, of course, their little conversation was almost unbearably sweet! Okay, not "unbearably sweet"... I don't think anything with those themes could be "unbearably sweet"... It's just that how you wrote their relationship was really, really cute and sweet.

Now I'm off to read more! And hopefully get rid of the tears before anyone sees them... ^__^

Thought I might as well read it as I've read most of your other Narnia fanfics. Course I was utterly captivated. I'd roll my eyes at myself but it'd be a little sad. Wonderful chapter, the last line just made your heart melt. Well it made my heart melt. I want to thank you too for not have Susan be all evil. Many people after Caspian have Susan withdraw from the family (Which according to the books she does) and I hate that! Almost as much as I hate the cop out of her and Peter never being allowed back into Narnia. Sorry I'm rambling, but really wonderful story, you could really see the raw emotion in it. Very well done.

AW! As always you NEVER disapoint! I love your stories so much! The emotions were perfectly blended from the two worlds and the connection the two brothers share is exquisitly portraited. You are so talented! Can't wait for more!!:)

Oh, I know I've said this a hundred times, but I love the way you write them. It's just--it's like Narnia made them unafraid to say to each other the things that most brothers feel but think they're too manly to put into words. They so obviously adore each other, and it makes me feel like there are good things in the world just reading it. :)

I have always loved your stories. I love the fact that someone actually wrote what all narnia fans secretly knew about the relationship between the brothers and did a fantastic job. I can't wait for your stories to be completed and more to be written. You do an amazing job.

My poor teddy was choked to death during the reading of this story. I think I squeezed him too hard because now he's just lieing there. (sniff) I now have a headache from the tears. This is a moving one shot and I hope (with fingers, toes and eyes crossed, that you will be uploading the prequel soon.
