That was pure awesomeness right there, all four of those chapters was pure awsomeness. I love this story, because it describes them perfectly, although I would have liked a little more lizxkid fluff becauseim biased like that lol. Seriously though, you should write more stories about this trio, because they themselves are pure awesomeness!

You are awesome. This is awesome. It's a perfect balance between comedy and the dark undertone of obsession that's always creeping up in Kid's head. It's like As Good as It Gets but more awesome because Kid has two incredible babes living with him. And Shinigami is awesome too. And cookies are awesome. And cinnamon rolls are awesome. I just have to type awesome two more times to make this review complete. Keep up the awesome work!

That was a very interesting read. :) I liked the way you made it more downplayed and serious (and sometimes even more bitter) than SE really is, yet everything and everyone stayed recognizable, and there were flashes of that crazy humor too.
The mystery of the handcuffs will stay with me forever. Well, not so much a mystery but... dang I wanna know everything. XD

Your story is awesomely cute and funny, and I can't tell which of the four parts I like best because they are all just so good. But before I lose myself in florid descriptions of how great I think your story is I'll just let you know that I enjoyed it immensely, and that it's going straight to my favs!X3

omfg. I'm so very overjoyed i read this. I normally don't read Kid&Liz&Patti-centric fic but seriously, this was amazing. Where Do I begin? The cookie radar? (Which is an AMAZING power to have) The way you worked in his OCD-ness as an actual thing to overcome and how it can waver at times and come and go? The sheer amount of influence the Thompson's have on Kid, and how Shinigami's a dad in his own way. Patti's pillow fort? (Hah, and how many people can say they've given Death a high five?)

And Liz teaching a bunch of kids how to hotwire a truck just seems so...in character. Hrm. There needs to be a better word for that. Um, like, it's not something you'd normally think of her doing, but then when you read her doing it it's like, woah, that fits. Which was pretty much my feeling throughout the whole fic. Lotsa little things and a few big things and they aren't all cliche or overdone, just right. am I making any kind of sense? no? ah well. I tried :P

so yeah. that was pretty awesome. Though, I'm pretty sure you get that a lot XD I bow to you oh author of writing the amazing character interaction/analysis/I really want a better word (as you can see, I need to expand my vocabulary XD)

Absolutely loved this. It's the only story I've come across that goes this in depth into Kid's life.

This story was great, and very sweet. I love the way their relationship is portrayed, especially Kid's dependence on the sisters and how he "balances" that with directing his obsessions towards helping them as well. The way the fight all the time over little things is very realistic too, and adds flavor. The last chapter was especially interesting, just because it's fun to see new Shibusen students, especially all terrified of Kid's team. xD

“You’re baking with the souls of the damned again?” Best line ever, along with the whole part with Kid realizing he has his dad's...baking sense?

Ah I love your style of writing! It's completely flawless!

Well again I have to say that I love the way you write these three. I absolutely loved the part where Liz and Patti distracted Kid through their resonance. I adored the way that you described it, especially the paragraph with Patti. Wonderful, write more soon!

Aww man, Kid lost!
OMG, that was thrilling to the nth degree and I haven't read something as mind-blowing as that in a really long time. I just feel kinda bad though that for all their effort and suffering Kid still lost. (sniffs)
However, you did portray the characters in a realistic way and I loved all the chapters (the soul cookies were pure genius) and all in all it was a great read.
