I have watched this film many times and still struggle to catch the point but your blurb just made it click. Thankyou!

To the fic, beautifully written! It's amazing. Great work.

I'm not here to trash but I will give you some honest yet helpful advice:

I can understand after watching a movie your sudden inspiration and passion for writing a story but this is choppy - bad writing. Slow it down and think how Emily REALLY feels. If you read over it, it doesn't sound like a real person talking. What child talks like that?

But I do like how you thought of Emily meeting Charlie and getting to see (read) that part is a pretty good idea.

Don't give Author's Notes mid-paragraph, it ruins the flow of the story. If you want to add something, write it at the begining.

The ending when you tried to tie the title of the movie with Charlie playing games...was bad. Corny, gay, etc.

...but I see a story worth reading being born here if you take my advice and continue to write.
