Um...yeah...that was like...someone...reading my mind...that was...strange. but brilliant. And amazing. And stupendous. And shockingly good. And outrageously fantastic. And you've just inspired me to keep on writing. And it was awesome how you didn't make things blunt at the end, just the right amount of explanation.

Wow! Oddly enough I'd been considering a scene rather like that, though fortunately I've since changed it a bit. :) Very well handled, and I like the little details you threw in, like the *curried* mutton and Holmes sitting where he could see everyone.

Oh - and I loved the little bits of humor at the beginning; poor Watson's always being got after for his little habit. :)

Oh my, two assassination attempts in one day - that's not good news.

Can we hope that there might be a sequel to this? I'm dying to find out who was responsible and why!

ooh, brilliant! this like.../defines/ IC...i don't know how you get so perfectly inside holmes's head, and communicate his thoughts, but you do. and watson as well...you show that side of him that few people address...*tries to put it to words* it's like...like...*thinks*...hm. i don't know. but you have a unique way of writing him, that is still very IC and enjoyable to read :)
...think you'll write a little sequel? XD let us know how the case comes out?
